Full demolition of existing standalone single-storey property up to 80 metres squares in size or less.
Breaking out of the existing slab & foundation of the property to be demolished down to a depth of 1 metre below EGL.
Removal of all our demolition arisings off site to a licensed waste facility.
Supplement the existing boundary fencing with suitable temporary perimeter fencing for the duration of our works.
Acceptance of any order will be subject to review of the site in person by a representative of Tobin Demolition & Contracting Limited whom will issue a quotation for the works.
